SoftCopier used in conjunction with a scanner is a simple to use yet powerful software photocopy solution. Containing more functions than most Photocopiers, SoftCopier will revolutionise the way you copy documents.
Unlike most Imaging software SoftCopier 4 enables single or multiple paged documents to be sent over the internet or office network via email. Users using SoftViewer can then View, Print or Save these images.
SoftCopier provides the user with a single point and click method to copy or fax documents.
Put your document in the scanner, click the copy button with your mouse and your copy will appear! Unlike existing Photocopiers, SoftCopier obtains a digital image of your document. The reproduced images quality is of a higher standard than the Photocopiers analogue version. Only one copy process is required irrespective of the number of copies which will be printed.
SoftViewer 3
SoftViewer is used in conjunction with SoftCopier and SoftCardManager from BuzzSoft. These products generate images which are sent via the internet to other users.
These images arrive attached to Emails. When these images/files are selected or opened SoftViewer displays them and enables the user to print them or store them in TIF format on their local system.
